Preparing a Healthy – and Delicious – Holiday Meal
Many people believe that a healthy holiday meal means a flavorless holiday meal. This couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s still possible to enjoy all the delicious flavors of the season while keeping things healthy.
It can be as simple as making a few swaps here and there. If you look forward to a slice of pecan pie every year, make other swaps, such as mashed cauliflower in place of mashed potatoes and veggies and hummus in place of cheese and crackers.
