Manager of Individual Sales

Network Health

In 2010, Kimberly joined the Network Health team and is now the manager of individual sales. Today, her “work emulates life” philosophy is in play. “What I do is train, educate and support our independent agents who work with our Medicare Advantage plans and individual products,” Kimberly says. “I also host meetings and events throughout the region. It’s all about making sure our agents—and ultimately our members—have the information they need to choose the right plan or product, and that they’re comfortable with us and what we’re providing them.”

Kimberly is on the road three to four days a week, and enjoys meeting people face-to-face and getting to know her agents and the members they work with. And that’s one of the qualities she believes sets Network Health apart from other companies. “My job is fun. I get to go out and talk with people, listen to them and get to know them, it’s important for both members and Network Health that they understand their insurance, what it looks like and how it works. I think they’re excited and grateful that we’re out in the communities and talking to them.”

Kimberly also believes Network Health’s location and overall business approach create a sense of comfort and confidence among its agents and members. “Network Health is a local company. We have people that care about you in your communities and local neighborhoods, these are people I grew up with, that I go to church with. I understand where they’re coming from. It means something to them that we know how the Packers are doing, or how to pronounce Weyauwega. You wouldn’t get that with other companies. That’s something special.”

When she’s not working, Kimberly stays busy “but balanced,” juggling family, work and life in general.
