Joseph Hoff is the supervisor of Athletic Training Services & Performance Enhancement Program (PEP) with Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network. He has a master’s degree in human performance from the University of Wisconsin -La Crosse and a master’s degree in sports management from Cardinal Stritch University.

Joseph manages more than 15 outreach athletic training service contracts. His team provides on-site athletic training services at area high schools, clubs, colleges and professional organizations. He oversees the sports Performance Enhancement Program (PEP) that helps recreational and competitive athletes improve flexibility, agility, strength and power, while incorporating injury reduction exercises.

Outside of work, Joe loves to spend time with his wife, Alison, and their four daughters. He enjoys coaching his girls in soccer.
