Responsible for customer experience (CX), internal communications, public relations and facilities.

At Network Health, the purpose of CX is to work with stakeholders at different levels in the organization to oversee customer experience functions, improve corporate alignment and transparency while engaging stakeholders to understand and strive towards corporate goal success. Customer Experience at Network Health is designed to engage all customers (Members, Providers, Agents, Employers and Employees).

Our goal is to coordinate and execute all internal and external communications tactics to align with corporate strategies while collaborating across the organization to create and implement communications that inform, inspire and engage employees and stakeholders.

Oversight of facilities includes responsibility for the services and processes that support the core business of Network Health. Our team collaborates with internal departments and external vendors to ensure Network Health has the most suitable working environment for employees.
